Terms of Service
Terms for Isoline, including subscriptions, service changes, acceptable use and limits of liability.
Agreement and eligibility
These terms apply to the Isoline website, desktop software and cloud services provided by MATSVEI SHULMAN, an individual entrepreneur in Armenia, trading as Isoline (“we”, “us”). The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms; the Privacy Policy explains information handling. Contact support@isolinebrowser.com.
Business address: Nar dos 121, Yerevan 0099, Armenia.
These terms apply worldwide. Access and subscription availability remain subject to applicable law, sanctions and payment-provider restrictions.
When these terms are presented for acceptance, you must accept them before creating an account or using the app service. Reading the website alone does not create a subscription. You must be at least 18, able to enter an agreement, and authorized to act for any organization you represent. Mandatory rights under applicable law take precedence over these terms.
Accounts, profiles and your responsibilities
Provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and manage invitations and workspace permissions. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for having the rights, consents and lawful grounds needed for information you upload or share. Report suspected compromise promptly.
Use Isoline only for lawful, authorized privacy, testing and team workflows. Do not use it for fraud, credential theft, spam, unauthorized access, deceptive manipulation, prohibited circumvention, or harm to people or systems. Third-party websites and network services have their own rules. Isoline does not guarantee anonymity, that a profile is undetectable, that a website will allow access, or that a third-party account will remain available.
You retain rights in your content. You grant us only the rights needed to host, process, synchronize and deliver it, secure and administer the service, and follow your authorized sharing instructions or legal obligations. Cloud profile content can be read by the service and authorized workspace members, as the Privacy Policy explains. Keep suitable independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose.
Software and third-party components
While your access is authorized, you may use the software for its intended purpose, subject to these terms and any applicable open-source licenses. Do not resell access, impersonate Isoline, attack the service, or copy our marks without permission. Open-source license rights, including any permitted modification or reverse engineering for debugging such modifications, remain available. Third-party software, websites, proxies and network providers remain subject to their own terms.
Processes, tasks and external automation
A Process is a saved set of operations for a browser profile. A Task applies a specific version of a Process to selected profiles, immediately or at a scheduled time. Task log records execution outcomes. These features and access through the API, MCP and SDKs remain subject to current account, workspace and profile permissions and plan limits.
Tasks execute on the selected device, not on a cloud browser. The device must be available, the Isoline app running and signed in, and the required profile access available. A scheduled time is not a guarantee of execution at that moment. A task that misses its permitted start window is recorded as missed; it is not automatically run later. Review the task’s outcome before submitting another attempt.
You are responsible for the operations, inputs, profiles and websites you select and for authorization to act on them. Test a Process before using it for consequential actions. Cancellation or a failed task does not undo steps already taken on a website. An interrupted task can have an uncertain outcome, and repeating it can repeat an external effect.
You retain rights in Processes and inputs you create or supply; our limited service rights above apply to them. If you connect your own software or AI agent, choose its permissions and review what data it can receive. The connected service’s terms and privacy practices apply to its processing. Isoline does not supply an AI agent or review every instruction from an agent you connect. Revoking access cannot recover information already disclosed or undo completed actions.
Plans, charges and cancellation
Subscriptions apply to an individual workspace. Free has no recurring subscription charge. Paid plans and selected capacity add-ons are priced in US dollars (USD) and billed in advance for the selected period of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. The plan, limits, add-ons, billing interval, full-period price and any discount are shown before purchase. Applicable taxes and the final amount payable are shown at checkout. Saved proxy or VPN configuration slots do not include proxy traffic or a VPN service.
Polar is the merchant of record and authorized reseller for paid subscriptions. You purchase through Polar under its Buyer Terms; these Isoline terms govern use of the product. Polar handles payments, applicable transaction taxes and billing documents. Creating an Isoline account, requesting a price quote or opening checkout does not by itself authorize a charge.
By completing a recurring subscription purchase, you authorize charges for the agreed plan and add-ons at each renewal until cancellation takes effect. The subscription renews for the same billing interval, subject to properly notified changes and any consent required by law. Keep your payment method current. An unpaid renewal does not extend your paid plan beyond the last accepted paid term.
Use the subscription portal linked from Isoline’s billing settings to manage payment methods, obtain invoices and cancel future renewals. You may also request cancellation through Isoline support or Polar support. Cancel before the next renewal to prevent that renewal charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term, with paid limits retained until then, unless a refund, lawful suspension or other legally required remedy ends access earlier. Paid plan and add-on changes during an existing subscription are not currently supported.
When the paid term expires without renewal, Free limits apply. The change of plan does not delete workspace contents or prevent an otherwise authorized export of over-limit data. Actions requiring additional capacity may be restricted. Workspace permissions, security restrictions and the separate deletion rules still apply.
Refunds and consumer withdrawal
Cancelling future renewals does not itself refund an elapsed or unused part of a paid period. Refunds remain available where required by applicable law, an express purchase offer, or Polar’s applicable refund decision. This does not restrict remedies for non-delivery, defective service, an incorrect charge or other mandatory consumer rights. Isoline does not offer an additional general money-back period under these terms.
For a refund request or billing problem, contact Isoline support or Polar support with your account email, order reference if available, and a description of the request. Do not send payment-card details or profile credentials. Refunds for purchases through Polar are handled through Polar; its Buyer Terms also apply to payment disputes.
If EU/EEA or UK consumer distance-contract rules apply to your purchase, you normally have 14 days after the contract is concluded to withdraw without giving a reason. A longer period or other protection required by applicable law still applies. Send a clear withdrawal statement before the deadline to support@isolinebrowser.com, to our business address above, or to Polar. You may use the form below; it is optional.
For a valid statutory withdrawal, reimbursement is due without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notification, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no reimbursement fee. A proportionate charge for services supplied before withdrawal applies only where the law allows it and you expressly requested early performance after receiving the required information. Downloading or using Isoline alone does not waive withdrawal rights. Any lawful exception requires its own applicable conditions, express consent or acknowledgement and confirmation; these terms do not supply them.

Our right to change plans and services
We may introduce, replace or discontinue plans and change prices, features, quotas, eligibility and operating limits for valid reasons, including changing operating or supplier costs, technical requirements, security, legal obligations, prevention of abuse, or maintaining a viable service. Changes must remain subject to applicable law and any express commitment in your order.
We will give reasonable advance notice by email or in the app of a material adverse change to an existing paid plan, including its timing and your options. Paid price changes normally apply at the next renewal after notice, without retroactive charges. You may cancel before they apply. Where law requires a right to terminate, a refund for an unused prepaid period, or other remedies for a material service change, those rights apply. We will not impose an additional charge solely for a modification where law prohibits it.
We may make immediate changes needed to address serious abuse, fraud, security threats, unlawful activity or urgent legal requirements. This includes restricting features, reducing operating limits or pausing affected access while the risk is assessed. We will explain the restriction and any available remedy when reasonably possible and lawful. This power does not permit us to confiscate prepaid fees or exclude mandatory customer rights.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate an account, workspace, subscription or particular activity if we reasonably believe there is a material breach, non-payment of agreed charges, fraud, unlawful use, a security threat, or conduct creating serious harm or unreasonable operational cost. Immediate action is permitted where needed to contain that risk. For a remediable breach without an urgent risk, we will ordinarily give notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy it.
You may contact us to challenge a restriction. We may require relevant information to verify the issue, and may withhold details that would compromise security or violate law. When discontinuing a paid service for ordinary business reasons, we will give reasonable notice and address any unused prepaid amount as required by law or the agreed offer.
On termination, access and renewal rights end. Where lawful and technically feasible, we will provide a reasonable opportunity to retrieve your content; access may be limited for security or legal reasons. Retention and deletion follow the Privacy Policy. Termination does not erase accrued payment obligations, open-source rights, or terms that by their nature survive.
Availability and warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, permanent availability of a feature, or a particular business outcome. Development or trial features may change or end. Roadmaps are intentions, not commitments unless expressly agreed. Mandatory quality, security, update and consumer remedies remain unaffected.
Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Isoline is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business opportunities or business interruption arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, to the extent that such a cap is lawful.
These exclusions and limits do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including applicable liability for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing, death or personal injury, or mandatory consumer and data-protection rights. They do not replace statutory remedies or excuse obligations that law requires us to perform.
For business use, to the extent permitted by law, you agree to cover reasonable third-party claims, damages and defense costs caused by your unlawful use, infringing content or material breach. We will notify you and reasonably cooperate; no settlement may impose obligations on you without your consent. This clause does not impose an indemnity on consumers or cover our own unlawful conduct.
Changes to these terms and disputes
We may revise these terms for changes to the service, costs, security, abuse risks or law. Material changes to an existing agreement will be notified in advance where required, with any required consent, cancellation and remedy rights. New terms do not retroactively create charges or remove existing claims. The date above identifies this version.
Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms do not require arbitration, select an exclusive court or waive protections of the law that applies to you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
